Privacy Policy for Wavezo: Drink Water Reminder

1. Overview

We built the Wavezo: Drink Water Reminder app as a Free app with optional Premium Subscriptions. This SERVICE is provided at no cost and is intended for use on an "as is" basis.

2. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Apple App Store: Handles all financial transactions and secure subscription billing.
• Adapty: We use Adapty to manage your subscription status. Adapty receives anonymized purchase data from Apple to verify your access to premium features.

3. Log Data

In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other usage statistics.

4. Data Retention

We do not store your personal health data on any external servers. Your water intake data remains locally on your device. Subscription data is retained by Apple and Adapty according to their respective privacy policies to maintain your service.

5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
